I've spoken to Nadeem and he is working on a resolve for the staking issue. It basically relates to the staking end date and withdrawal button but will update us once he's put it right.
In the meanwhile, please check you've updated your profile and added your email address.
When entering your one time passcode, do not copy and paste it. Type it in manually.
Allow 24 hours from the date displayed as your lockup end date.
Follow these steps and you'll find the process straightforward.
Anybody who faces issues within the 7 day window to withdraw, will not be made to automatically restake if they report their issue in this timeframe.
