As you scroll through the history books, you'll see that any global brand has challenges to overcome in their early days.
Coca Cola famously sold only a few cases of coke in their first year and netted around $50. Honda had their factory destroyed numerous times before they went on to become the superpower they are today.
With leadership, the same stories apply. Not everyone can commit to the high levels of intensity and persistence that a business such as Taboo requires.
With this being said, it can be officially announced that Moe Iman no longer holds the role of COO at Taboo.
We wish Moe the very best in his future endeavours and thank him for his time this year, but we cannot afford to just tick along - it’s paramount our next COO meets mission milestones in stated timelines.
Conversations have already started and well underway for the next COO but we will not be rushing into the appointment without being convinced this is the right person who will support myself and the Taboo community on the way to being a top 100 then top 20 project.
